STEVENSVILLE - Beverly Pearson, 86, of Stevensville, passed away early Monday, Feb. 6, 2012.

Beverly was born in Anaconda on Aug. 29, 1925. She moved with her family to Valley Creek as a young child. Beverly attended high school in Missoula where she met and married Robert Pearson of Stevensville. They lived and farmed the original homestead in the Three Mile area. Beverly and Robert's three children were raised on the farm, Kathleen, Judy and Scott.

Beverly is survived by her children, Judy (Chuck) Gustafson and Scott (Lerma) Pearson; son-in-law, Pete Mavity; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister JoAnn (Alan) Dutton of Hamilton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Pearson and her daughter, Kathleen Mavity.

Visitation will begin at noon Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Whitesitt Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. also on Thursday. Interment will follow the service in the Maplewood Cemetery in Stevensville
