STEVENSVILLE - John R. "JJ" "Jay" Hall Jr., 14, of Stevensville, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012, from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident. Jay was born on Oct. 28, 1997, in Shreveport, La., to Janet Lee Martain and John Raymond Hall Sr. Jay had just graduated from the eighth grade. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends and family. He also enjoyed reading the "Diary of a Wimpy Kid," listening to music, drawing all kinds of pictures and playing video games.

Survivors include his mother, Janet Martain; his father, John R. Hall Sr.; two brothers, Christianlee and Austin; his uncle, Greg; grandmother, Cheryl Hartwig; grandfather, Gregory Martain; three stepbrothers; one stepsister and stepdad, Walter Krosinski.

A private family service will be held.

The loss of a child is heart breaking may you know that Jesus when asked will hold you in his loving arms and even cry with you, I pray his arms of comforting love will help throughout the many days ahead.

Dear Little man... I thought that our paths crossed so that i could show you how to act like a man and be a positive Dude in ur life..... In the end I believe you taught me how to not just talk like one but act like one also. You will be so greatly missed my little brother... I hope that the time you spent with us down here...
