Missoula - Addie June Plummer died on December 6, 2014 at the Bee Hive Homes. She was born March 15, 1935 in Mission TX., the daughter of the late James Albert and Inez Knox. June married Lee R. Plummer, November 13, 1952. On February 6, 1955 they graduated from Gilead Missionary School in East Lansing, New York. They served in their assignment as missionaries for Jehovah’s Witnesses in Beirut, Lebanon for nine years before returning to Helena, to be with her ailing mother and step father, Inez and Clyde Mix. After her parents death they settled in Billings until her husband died in September 2011, then she moved to Missoula. June worked at Osco Drug and St. Peters hospital while residing in Unionville. June is survived by her sister Gail Wilkerson and husband Don of Cleburne, TX and two nieces. She loved being with her husband as he traveled in his sales work. She loved Jehovah her Creator who she worshiped from her youth up to the time of her death. She will be remembered for her laughter and sense of humor. We want to thank Bee Hive Homes of Missoula and Rocky Mountain Hospice for their loving care given to June. A graveside service will be held Friday, December 12, 2014, at 1:30 pm at the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Helena, MT., with a reception to follow. Arrangements were made through Whitesett Funeral Home in Stevensville.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to you and your family. I am so sorry for your loss. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Sis. Plummer. However, when visiting this site, I saw that this sister had been a long time servant of Jehovah. I couldn't help but take a moment to offer my condolences for one of my dear sisters. I'm sure she will be greatly missed and you all look forward to seeing her again in God's New World. Please know that you are never alone. Turn to the Holy Scriptures for guidance and to help soothe your heart. Psalms 34:18 assures us that God is near to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit. This is a wonderful passage and reminder that Jehovah knows the sadness of our hears and keeps us close until he brings a complete end to sorrow and death. Rely on him and pray often. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
