Stevensville - On Sunday, September 16th, 2018, Franz Keter Erskine left this Earth to be with his Heavenly Father. He was 76 years old. Franz was a devout Christian with a heart made for service. His work with Carpenters for Christ can be seen in many Stevensville homes. He was always quick to volunteer and help anyone who needed him. Known for his infectious laugh, he enjoyed playing Fantasy Football with his sons and riding horses with friends. Franz was rarely seen without his cowboy hat and boots. Franz was a greatly loved husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Patti; sons Josef and Jon; daughter Cherie and their families; as well as stepchildren Kelly, Robert and Kari, along with their families. He is also survived by his brother, Patrick and sister, Claudette. He will be sorely missed by a great many friends. Franz' final wish was for people to continue to worship the Lord through serving one another. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren as he passed. This world has lost a truly great man. A Celebration of Franz' life will be announced at a later date.

Patti,

Dave and I thought so much of Franz. His smile was always welcome and he was one of the happiest people I think I have ever met.
Dave said he was so much fun on the Pheasant Hunt when he went with him.
I like that he wanted people to share Christ and help each other. Our prayer is that Christ will comfort you and your family as you grieve such a great loss to your family.

We are so sorry to hear of Franz' passing. His love for the Lord was incredible and we know when he arrived in heaven Jesus hugged him and said, Well done my faithful Servant. We will all miss him but take comfort that we will see him again in glory. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. May God give you comfort and strength.

Patti, Mike and I were so saddened to hear of Franz’s passing. I just talked to you guys in super one a few weeks ago. I’m so glad I got that moment. Franz had such a servants heart and his love for the Lord was always evident. If you need ANYTHING give us a call.
