Missoula - Mark Alan Russell, of Missoula Montana, passed away from complications of cancer on January 15, 2021. Born November 29, 1954 in Barstow, CA to Loyd and Gloria Russell. Mark grew up in Lincoln Nebraska and graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School in 1973. Mark moved to the Missoula area in the late 1980’s and worked 40 years in the auto parts industry and was well known for his vast knowledge of automobiles. Mark was highly valued by all his customer's and friends alike. Mark is preceded in death by his wife Dianne (Selleck) Russell, his parents Loyd Charles and Gloria Russell, sister’s Candy Russell and Cindy Russell Miller. Mark is survived by her sister Becky (James) Hannaway and Pamela Russell, brother in law’s Gary (Renee) Selleck and Don Miller, stepchildren; Todd (Amy) Price, Jason Price, and nieces and nephews. So sorry to hear about Mark's passing. I worked with him for quite a few years and had many enjoyable conversations talking about cars, motorcycles and lots of other things. I did not realize he had cancer, my family and I are all too familiar with it. If there is to be a service I will be unable to attend. For those of you who don't know me I bought and still have his late Father in law's BMW.
