Dear Sandy,
We were sad to read about your Dad's passing. He certainly was an amazing man. We miss you here and Skip and Weezie. Regards to your brother and his wife.

Dear Family,

I am sorry to hear of John's passing. I only knew him from The Living Centre, but he and I became friends. He was such a gentleman - he always tried to open the door for me when he saw me coming. I frequently chatted with him as I walked in the door, and he always had a smile for me.

With prayers for your family,

Elli Scrivner

I saw your notice in the Bitterroot Star. I am 67 years old. I also grew up in Moorestown, N.J. in the '50's and '60's..My father was the minister at Trinity Church in Moorestown, and I will always remember Franklin and Alice Stroud. Our family would always spend a week at their place on Sebago Lake in Casco, Maine...Were these folks John's parents??..Amazing small world, if so...I have been living  west of Stevensville for the past 40 years. I am sorry for your loss, and if you are related to the same Strouds, I'm sorry that I never had the chance to talk with John...take care,  Chris

Condolences and love from me and Jack. Both Bill and Sandy gave John the best love and care while he was here and now, it is time for John to join Amy. Even though it was a long, fulfilling life, it is hard to lose those you love. All the best, we are thinking of you all.
