Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We loved Carl. We knew him for many years in Glenwood Springs. He built our fences, trimmed all our trees and told us how to make things grow. He was a master gardener, and a true friend. He talked us into starting Glenwood's first Flea Market on his property at the bottom of Cattle Creek. We had a blast, even though Glenwood was not ready way back then for a flea market. We were good friends and we have missed him since he moved away from here. We lost track of each other over the years and we regret that. Rest in peace Carl. It was a true gift to know you.

Dear Carolyn, Kelly and Marcia,
Carl, Rich, Arne Bergfield and I were roommates in the '60's. There are so many stories I could share! Carl worked hard and Carl played hard. May his soul rest in peace. Please accept our sincere sympathies.
