FLORENCE- Judith Brenda Heath, 77, of Florence passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at St. Patrick Hospital. She was born January 7, 1941 in Hamilton, MT the daughter of the late Harley W. and Bethel V. (Talbott) Esche. Judy was raised and grew up on the family farm in Victor, MT. She graduated from Victor High School in 1959. On October 11, 1959 she married Derald V. Heath in Victor. The couple moved to Florence, MT in 1966, raised their three children and lived there for 52 years. Judy was a long standing charter member of the Florence Baptist Church, in Florence. She was a faithful servant of Christ, and loved her church family. One of her greatest joys was preparing and serving meals at the church with her longtime friend, Marilyn Schultz. Judy loved her family and she loved hosting family gatherings at her home. She will always be remembered for her famous chocolate chip cookies. Her passions were family, church community, friends, camping, and word search puzzles. Judy is survived by her husband Derald V. of Florence; two daughters, Debra (Beattie) McGill of Bainbridge Island, WA, Diana (Doug & son Austin) Mills of Missoula, MT.; son, Scott (Teri) Heath of Lolo, MT; sister, Virginia (Delmer) Vietz of Missoula, MT; six grandchildren, Kasey (Stefan) McGill of Fisherhude, Germany, Carrie (Ted) Rosevear of Belgrade, MT., Jenna (Jake) Cochran of Missoula, MT., Kaila (William "Billy") Komotios of Missoula, MT., Taylor Heath and Sage Heath of Missoula, MT.; four great-grandchildren, Shaylee Cochran, Finley Komotios, Nevaeh Komotios, Aliyanah Komotios. Pallbearers are; Scott Heath, Beattie McGill, Taylor Heath, Sage Heath, Jake Cochran, Billy Komotios. Honorary pallbearers are, Stefan McGill and Ted Rosevear. A memorial service for Judy will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Florence Baptist Church, with Pastor Tim Johnson officiating. A reception will follow the memorial service at Florence Baptist Church. A private family graveside service will take place at the Carlton Cemetery in Florence.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Judy's family. She will live on in your Hearts forever. May Judy Rest in Peace and all of her family find Peace. How well I remember the Esche growing up in Victor.

It is such a blessing knowing this family. Praying for peace and comfort for family and friends. I am looking forward the seeing Judy again in heaven. Every day we are a little bit closer to our eternal life with Jesus! God bless all of Judy's loved ones.

So sad to hear about Judy. She was a very special and warm loving woman. I remember babysitting the kids and you and your dad was very special to me. Sending love, hugs and prayers to all. Bless you.
