Victor - Allen Andrew Dandridge, 56, of Victor, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at home. He was born November 22, 1967 in San Francisco, California, the son of James R. and Melanie M. Dandridge, and brother of Diana. The family moved to Sacramento, CA in 1969, and Allen lived there until moving to Montana in 2003. He graduated from El Camino Fundamental High School in Sacramento in 1985, and attended Sacramento City College until he began work in the construction industry. Allen married Denise Lee in Sacramento on December 1, 2001. They established their family home on ten acres of woods in Victor in 2003. Allen worked for Perma-Chink Systems in Stevensville for eleven years, and for the last 9 years was the co-owner, with Denise, of A and D Building Maintenance Company. He also worked for Ravalli Head Start Inc. as a classroom aide, a kitchen assistant, and most recently, in Maintenance, doing carpentry, playground building and construction of a sensory garden at the Hamilton campus.  Allen loved his family, the woods, camping, fishing, animals, art and music. His hobbies included ceramics and painting. Allen was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. His survivors include his wife, Denise, sons, Jazon (8), Jack (6), his step-daughter, Kayla Pfister (Adam), and grandchildren Jaiden, Joshua and Lilah. He is also survived by his father, James Dandridge (Marsha) of Pleasant Hill, Oregon, his mother, Melanie Bakken (Wendell) of Stevensville, MT, his sister, Diana Dandridge, of Hamilton, MT, - - step-sister, Diane Sherwin (Mark) of Davis, CA and step-brother, Eric Bakken (Kim) of Sacramento, CA. A Celebration of Life for Allen will be held in the summer, when family and friends can come from near and far.
