Dennis K. Price

Stevensville - It is with great sadness that Dennis K. Price passed away on Friday, January 14th, 2022. He was born Dennis Kent Price on April 6, 1947. He graduated from Missoula County High School in 1965. After graduating, he spent some time in the National Guard. He was married to Dianne Selleck from 1966 to 1983. They had two sons. He was married to Joy Hagestad Price from 1985 to the time of his passing. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Price, and his mother, Norma Price. He is survived by his wife Joy, sons Todd Price (Amy), Jason Price (Cindy), stepson Bryan Hagestad (Barb), stepdaughter Tawny Sweeney (Brad), grandchildren Matthew Price (Emma), Jacob Price (Noelle), Nolan Sweeney (Sydnee), Haniah Sweeney (Parker), Aliviah Sweeney and Geniah Sweeney, Baynne Hagestad., and Avynn Hagestad., great grandchildren Vance Price, K.C. Sweeney, Emma Sweeney, and Chance Sweeney, brother Kevin Price (Andie),niece Hallie (Nate), Chad ((Renee), great nieces Kylie and Ellie, Carter and Madison. Dennis worked for a while as an iron worker and in construction. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him. I know he is on Jenny, his mule, leading Daisy down the trail with his bow hanging at his side, picking leaves off the bushes as he rides by and smelling them, listening to the elk bugle off in the distance. He was most at peace in the mountains. He was a man of no fear, yet a heart full of love. Till we meet again on the trail. I love you.
