Janice Ann "Jan" (Ward) Knudson

Florence - Janice A. “Jan” Knudson, 75, passed away Monday, July 18, 2022 at her home in Florence from diabetes. Jan was born May 14, 1947 in Bozeman to Bud and Louise Ward. She graduated from High School and attended college for two years. Jan was married to Chuck Knudson on June 11, 1994. She owned a Pizza business for a period of time, was a manager of a cookie store, a para educator and a loving mother and wife. Jan enjoyed traveling, motorcycles, swimming, sewing and scrap booking. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Louise Ward and her oldest son, Ike Treat. She is survived by her husband, Chuck of Florence; a son Hal Treat of Columbia Falls; two daughters, Brandy Adair of Florence and Jennifer McKay of California. A Celebration of Jan’s life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Whitesitt Funeral Home in Stevensville. The family suggests that any memorial donations may be made in Jan’s name to either the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
