Josephine C. "Jo" (Kemph) Harder

Victor - Josephine C. "Jo" Harder went home to Jesus in her own home, surrounded by family and her loving caregivers, Jeannie Hilburn and Vicky Rodriguez. Jo was full of love and life to the very end. She had a deep love for Jesus, her family, crafting, the outdoors, and animals. Her warmth, creativity, and joy will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Brian) Bachmeier; son Jim (Rosane) Carlson; son Dave (Rachel) Ferguson; son Dave E. Ferguson; and daughter Kelly Thompson, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Service will be held at Victor Community Church 258 Martin St. Victor Feb. 21 at 2:00.
