Joyce "Jo" (Zeits) Engdahl

Stevensville - Jo Engdahl passed away on August 21, 202 at Saint Patrick Hospital in Missoula. She was born in Kalispell on May 6, 1928 to Harry and Golda Zeits. She married George Engdahl in 1952 in Missoula and was an inspirational teacher for many years at Seeley Lake Elementary. They raised three children : Brad , Eric, and Terry and spent many wonderful years with them in the Bitterroot Valley. She was an active member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and her devotion to the church was surpassed only by that of her family. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great­ grandchildren many of whom were lucky enough to share her passions of birds, flowers, and cooking.
