Stevensville - Michael “Mike” Alan Boyle, 74, of Seattle, passed away peacefully in Stevensville, Montana, on October 3, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on December 14, 1949, in Seattle, Mike was the beloved son of the late Alan and Dorothy Boyle. He graduated from O’Dea High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis on Advertising, Promotion, and Public Relations, along with a minor in Business Administration from Washington State University. Over the years, Mike built a diverse career in advertising, promotion, public relations, sales, commercial printing, and real estate, where he was known for his integrity, charming laugh, and warm smile.

In 1971, Mike was drafted into the U.S. Army and served as a U.S. Army Food Inspector, dedicating himself to ensuring the quality and safety of food for his fellow soldiers. His service took him to various locations, including Ft. Lewis, Ft. Sheridan, Chicago, Pier 91, Seattle Cold Storage, and the Navy Commissary in Sand Point, Bremerton, and Whidbey Island. He completed his service in 1974 and went on to pursue his college education at Washington State University.

Outside of work, Mike had a deep love for all Seattle sporting events and was a dedicated Mariners season ticket holder. He enjoyed photography, bowling, camping, boating, playing soccer, baseball, volleyball, racquetball, and tennis. He cherished time spent with his family, cousins, and friends, creating countless memorable moments during family gatherings, especially at Cannon Beach and Mariners Spring Training trips.

Mike was a devoted husband to his wife, Cathy, with whom he shared 17 wonderful years. He is survived by his wife, Cathy; his children, Kevin (Crystal) Boyle and Melissa (Zak) Dablow; and his stepchildren, Nicole (Leo) Andresen, Chad (Marie) Clevenger, Liz (Jon) Vernon, and Laura (Gus) Laursen. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ethan, Lauren, Kelsie, Dylan, Avery, Isaac, Kanan, Carter, Hailey, Cole and Molly. His cherished dog, Trouble, also held a special place in his heart. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Boyle.

A memorial service will be held in the spring in Seattle. For more information, please contact his son, Kevin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Humane Society, a cause that Mike was proud to support
