Nancy Jean (Galliher) Davis

Victor - In loving memory of Nancy Jean Davis, who passed away on February 25, 2023. She was the devoted wife of Robert, loving mother of Daniel and Katie and a kind and loving grandmother. Nancy met Robert in 1975 at The Gastronome Restaurant in Idyllwild, California. The two fell in love and were a match made in heaven. The two were married on June 23, 1979. They went on to have 2 children: Daniel and Katie. Being a mother was one of the most important parts of Nancy’s life, a role that gave Nancy much pride and joy. Nancy was an excellent mom, supportive, kind, gentle hearted, and witty. She loved to bake with her grandchildren and teach them new things. Nancy was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. Nancy was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Nancy was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Nancy was a true role model who we will always look up to. Growing up, she was always there for her children, whether they needed help with homework or just a shoulder to cry on. Nancy was a strong Christian woman and loved the Lord. She instilled in us the importance of faith, family, hard work and doing what is right. She had a love of reading, gardening, floating the Bitterroot River and family vacations in Mazatlan, Mexico. Nancy was predeceased by her father and mother Paul and Charlotte Galliher. Her son Daniel Paul Davis and her Brother-In-Law Brice Bennett. Nancy is survived by her husband Robert. Her daughter Katie and son-in-law Ryan Duarte and their children Charlotte, Zachary, Violet, Theo and Hjordis. As well as her sister Janet Meister (Martin) and their daughter Stephanie Wilkerson (Michael) and their 3 sons Elijah, Caden and Malachi. As well as her younger sister Cheri Bennett. The funeral service will be held at the Bitterroot Valley Church of the Nazarene worship Center. Nancy, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest In Peace.
