In Loving Memory of Shaun Dee Chamberlain September 23, 1955 – August 29, 2025
Florence - Shaun Dee Chamberlain, a rugged soul with a heart full of grit and generosity, passed away in his home on August 29, 2025. He was 69 years old.
Shaun was a devoted father to Sheri (Summer) Wilson, Shain Chamberlain, Thoryn Chamberlain, and the late Scott Chamberlain, who preceded him in death. His love for his children was fierce and unwavering, and his legacy lives on in the lives he shaped and the stories they carry forward.
A true cowboy at heart and a bit of an outlaw by nature, Shaun lived life on his own terms. He found joy in the wild—riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing, and shooting. The outdoors was his sanctuary, and he embraced it with the same passion he brought to everything he did.
Shaun proudly served in the U.S. Army, and after his service, he dedicated over four decades to the construction industry in Missoula, Montana. His craftsmanship helped shape the very fabric of the community, with countless homes and buildings standing as quiet tributes to his skill and hard work.
Beyond his trade, Shaun was a lifelong student and teacher of karate. He believed in the power of discipline, respect, and self-improvement, and he shared that wisdom freely with those around him. Teaching came naturally to him—whether on the mat, at a job site, or around a campfire.
Shaun’s spirit was bold, his laugh unforgettable, and his presence impossible to ignore. He leaves behind a legacy of strength, independence, and love—a life well-lived and deeply felt.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Shaun’s honor on Saturday, September 27th, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM at 2503 Riata Rd, Missoula, MT 59808. Food and beverages will be served, and all are welcome to join us in remembering and celebrating the man who meant so much to so many. He will be missed more than words can say.
