Walter Wayne Priddy

Stevensville - Walter Wayne Priddy, age 71, of Collierville, TN passed away peacefully after a brief illness on January 6, 2025. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Trina Priddy and parents, Charles Franklin Priddy and Ann Murphey Priddy.

He was born February 15, 1953 and spent most of his childhood in Piperton, TN. He met his wife Trina Priddy, daughter of Hubert and Jimmie Tomlinson, at a Collierville High School activity. They got married two years later and became soulmates, partners, and best friends for life.

Walter was the loving father of Rachel (Mike) and Brad (Ashleigh) and grandfather of Abigail, Rebecca, Hannah, Mikaela, Charles, & Walter. We were blessed to have such a wonderful, steadfast, and fun-loving father. He was an engineer at heart and loved travel and landscaping.

His life will be celebrated at a private family gathering in the spring. The family requests that any memorials or donations be sent to the Piperton Fire Department at 901-853-2195 or Arizona Friends of Foster Children (affcf.org) in his name.
